Are ramen noodles healthy for you?
Though instant ramen noodles provide iron, B vitamins and manganese, they lack fiber, protein and other crucial vitamins and minerals. Additionally, their MSG, TBHQ and high sodium contents may negatively affect health, such as by increasing your risk of heart disease, stomach cancer and metabolic syndrome.
Does Nissin RAOH have pork?
There are no meat products listed on the ingredients, and it definitely doesn’t have chunks of meat in it like some of the fancy instant ramen. It does say that it contains dairy, so it is not vegan.
