Can Sanuk Vagabond get wet?
Most, but not all, of our products can be worn around water. However, please note that suede and leather styles can be damaged by water, so we would recommend avoiding any leather or suede styles to moisture.
Are Sanuk good for walking?
You may wonder – are Sanuks comfortable for walking? The yoga sandals definitely are, but I find that they are only good for short distances. Other Sanuk styles are closed toe and more comfortable for longer walks.
Should you size up or down in Sanuks?
Sanuk Sandals are true to size, but we have had some customers report that these too run an little small, so when in doubt, size up rather than down. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you have about the sizing of specific styles.
Are Sanuk shoes good?

How do you clean smelly Sanuks?
Cleaning your kicks is a matter of material, not rocket science. So as long as the upper on your Sanuk isn’t leather (most aren’t), a friendly machine wash on cold should do the trick. Throw ’em in, add a color safe detergent and spin to win.
Do Sanuk shoes stretch out?
They do stretch! You can buy them smaller and use a shoe stretcher. I got an 8 and they’re a little snug at first. I spray them with warm water to get them damp, put the shoe stretcher in to the appropriate setting, and let them dry overnight.

Are Sanuks worth?
The Sanuk Yoga Mat flips cost more, but are worth it. The sole is thicker yet squishy and flexible – not those big black slabs you see in all the stores. The straps are lightly padded and wider which makes them more comfortable. They hold up really well, too.
