Assuming you managed to run all x16 heroic dungeons and finish both daily quests, you will have around 61 Badges of Justice per day if we do not include any raiding activities. That’s quite a lot, but most of the players don’t have that much time to spend in the game.

None yet – Suggest one! Badge of Justice is a reward that drops from each boss in Heroic dungeons, and in raids in a later phase (added in patches 2.3 and 2.4 originally). In Heroic dungeons, each boss will drop one Badge of Justice, and in raids each boss will typically drop two Badge of Justice.

The quest Stasis Chambers of the Mana-Tombs awards five Badge of Justice, but can only be completed on Heroic difficulty in Mana-Tombs.
How do you get the badge of tenacity?
You have to kill mobs in Ogri’la until you get a Depleted Badge. You then use that and 50 Apexis Shards to create the Badge of Tenacity.
What phase does Kara drop badges?
They should not drop from Kara bosses in the early phases. If they intend to try and re-create patch progression for things like the hammers and drums, then they should do it for everything then. So badges in Kara shouldn’t happen until Phase 4.
