If your phone is not on the same network, you can pair your Swann device remotely. Tap Pair Device > Start > Manual Entry, then: • Enter the Device ID. You can find the Device ID on the QR code sticker located on your Swann device, or • Tap the QR code icon and scan the QR code sticker located on your Swann device.
